Enhance Your Skincare Routine with Sonic Smooth Microdermabrasion A Step-by-Step Guide 2024

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to Otavos to enhance your skincare routine with microdermabrasion using Sonic Smooth. In this article, we’ll guide you through using our Sonic Smooth microdermabrasion tips. At-home microdermabrasion should be simple, effective and painless. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process using our MicroSmooth tips.

Skin Prep

Let’s start with the skin preparation. it’s very easy. You just want to start with a clean, dry face. So I wash my skin with a gentle, mild cleanser, exfoliate, and towel dry completely. Now that our skin is clean and dry, we’re ready to start micro-smoothing.

Attaching the Micro Smooth Treatment Tips

The micro-smooth treatment tips are easy to attach and remove. To attach the treatment tip, slide the tool handle along the tracks until the micro-smooth clicks into place. And there you go. Select the desired speed setting, Low, Medium, or High by pressing the Power button.

Preparing for Treatment

Right before you start, you can just wet your hand and make sure you get all those tangled hairs out of the way. You don’t want to catch them during micro-smoothing. You can also use a headband for this.

Performing Microdermabrasion

Let’s begin. Grasping the skin with the opposite hand is recommended. Starting at the top of your face near the forehead hairline, make small feathery strokes as you work your way down and down the face and neck. Glide one to three times over the skin in the treatment area, placing the MicroSmooth on the skin at a 45-degree angle. Avoid using MicroSmooth on raised blemishes, the eye area, and directly on the nose and lips.

Post-Treatment Care

Let’s talk about the latter treatment. Apply serum or moisturizer after treatment. There’s no wrong way to micro-smooth, but for best results, experts recommend performing a gliding motion following the instructions shown in the graphic. Sanitize your Micro Smooth after each use. This ensures the best treatment results. We recommend using rubbing alcohol to clean the treatment tip.

Additional Tips

Dermatologists recommend microdermabrasion between your dermaplaning treatments and at times when you’re not applying SPF or makeup. Because of this, the best time to microsmooth is in your evening skincare routine. Also, avoid sun exposure before and after treatment. Dead skin and debris accumulate every seven to ten days, so spacing your dermaplaning and micro-smooth treatments about a week apart is ideal to maintain that smooth, glowing complexion.
